Olivia's Kitchen#2: Express Panna Cotta

April 10, 2017

50 cof almond milk

4 gelatine leaves or 2gr of agar agar (vegan)

3 ts of honey

Fruits until you explode

Soak the gelatine leaves into a big bol of cold water to soften it.

In the meantime boil the milk. Take the gelatine leaves out, getting rid of the water using your hands.

Add the honey in the hot ilk and do the same with the gelatine leaves. .

Using the agar-agar for the vegan version of it: put the agar-agar in a little bit of water, put it into the milk and boil it for 1 to 2 min.

Really important: Mix everything really well, then put it in the fridge for at least 4h. Once the panna cotta is cold, cut the fruits and put them on the top of it.

The rest is up to you, we tried it with mango...

And some strawberry, we just wanted to share the basic recipe so you can adapt it to your taste, don't hesitate sharing your panna cottas with us !

Pourquoi "The Sight"?

Avoir la vue, ou "The Sight", c'est voir la vie avec un regard peu ordinaire...

Avoir la vue, c'est accepter de ne pas penser comme tout le monde...

Avoir la vue, c'est tout simplement voir au delà des apparences...
