Live well #1: The Law of Attraction.

Do you know the old saying: “you reap what you sow”? That’s basically the spirit behind the law of attraction.


In short, we all share energy, vibrations of very different nature:


  • The negative ones (being pissed off, upset, sad): for instance, have you ever noticed your mood tends to shift when you’re surrounded by people in a rush or angry? They share a little bit of their energy with you, and the crisis strikes. You become less welcoming, less understanding of other people, and the odds are your day will be a tough one because of that.

  • On the opposite, if you are surrounded by positive people, kind and loving (without falling into the drugged hippy cliché of course), your day might be a good one because your general mood will put you in a different state.


You get it now. You've passed the first exam. You can notice these shifts in surrounding energies and frequencies, you just have to learn how to modulate them. Needless to say though it is not an easy job.


As humans, we tend to be overwhelmed by those vibes without knowing how to channel them towards a common purpose, here: happiness. We won’t hide the truth, it will take time and this is a long path you’ve decided to follow, but we assure you, it will be worth it.


Start with gratitude for what you have. If you read this, you are alive (or we drank a little bit too much and the following part of this article is gonna be epic), you also have an internet connexion allowing you to navigate into the global numeric deep seas which are full of new things for you to discover.


Keep listing all the things you are grateful for, extend it to wider topics, what are you thankful for? Your love situation? Your professional achievements? Your personal success? Keep extending this list and you will feel positive vibrations coming out of it, making you see your current situation under different a light.


Practice on a daily basis, take a few minutes to focus using that technique, and wait for the second article of the Live Well segment to pop out, deal? We count on you to practice because we can’t do it for you.


We send you a rainfall of positive energy, you little cauliflower heads, start to be happy,
