Start fresh with The Sight: An orange/shrimp salad



1 red onion
2 oranges
20 shrimps

1 salad

Balsamic Vinegar

Olive Oil

Salt and pepper


Peel the oranges, cut them into quarters, peel, cut and slice the onion. Shell the shrimps.


Put the salad onto the plate, add the oranges, and the shrimps (5 per person), then put the onion on top of it. Use salt and pepper but not too much (very unhealthy)! Add some balsamic vinegar and a bit of olive oil. 

Both healthy and delicious.

Pre-heat the oven up to 160°C

Cut all the vegetables into slices.


Add a bit of garlic inside the plate and crush them, on top of it add alternatively the vegetables, and hold them tight inside your plate so they won't fall apart. Add some salt, pepper, thyme and a bit of olive oil. 


Put it inside the oven for about 1h to 1h30 checking them from time to time. The vegetables have to be really tender, almost confit. Do not hesitate covering it with some foil if you see they are cooking too fast.
